Milano Serravalle Engineering Safety deals with coordinating and supervising the safety of infrastructure construction sites – mainly roads and highways – fulfilling the role of Safety Coordinator for the Planning Phase and a Safety Coordinator for the Execution Phase (CSE/CSP) and guaranteeing full compliance with legislative decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and additions.
A two-phase process:
In collaboration with the designers, a safety coordination plan is drafted, then design and
organisational decisions are implemented for the safety engineering of the work.
The execution phase, during which we ensure both the fulfilment and possible improvement of the
safety measures envisaged to protect workers. This is guaranteed through meetings with the
different players involved or in any case interested in the construction site, on-site inspections and
constant monitoring.
All the experience acquired over various construction sites is then shared within the Security Area
structure, serving as an opportunity for professional growth and as a knowledge base for the next
works.
